Online brainstorming

I've had a look at online brainstorming techniques.

There's a pretty cool tool at brainreactions. It allows us to set up lists of ideas on a topic, and rate those lists individually, resulting in a colaboratively rated list.

Since we're not a huge team, this will not necessarily be the "be all". What is nice though, is that we can follow the RSS feeds from our work environment, helping our subconscious minds to churn up new ideas.

To recap, our first task:

Brainstorm ways in which the TBE website can be improved to facilitate our growth. What processes can be developed? What software can we add? What steps should we take? Discuss and submit a report to the HR team. (20 hours, 80 points)

I've started an experimental 'list'...no constraints or boundaries! Put on that green cap, and let'm rip. The more outlandish the better.
